Steps
- Setting-up and assisting a Strategic Piloting Committee (Director General, HR Director, etc.) with a dual objective :
- Fix the strategic objectives of the action
- Fix the terms and conditions of the mission
- Setting up and assisting an Operational Piloting Committee (Managers, operational personnel, etc.) whose objectives will be to :
- Identify the actual tasks accomplished in the posts
- Detail the tasks required for each mission
- Creation of documents by RH PARTNERS
- Validation of documents by the two Piloting Committees
- Training on the use and development of the tool
