  • Enable training needs to be identified
  • Identify possible bridges between professions

An interactive approach between operational personnel and senior managers; it uses two working groups with the RH PARTNERS consultant acting as facilitator.

Steps

  1. Setting-up and assisting a Strategic Piloting Committee (Director General, HR Director, etc.) with a dual objective :
    • Fix the strategic objectives of the action
    • Fix the terms and conditions of the mission
  2. Setting up and assisting an Operational Piloting Committee (Managers, operational personnel, etc.) whose objectives will be to :
    • Identify the actual tasks accomplished in the posts
    • Detail the tasks required for each mission
  3. Creation of documents by RH PARTNERS
  4. Validation of documents by the two Piloting Committees
  5. Training on the use and development of the tool
