Objectives

To accompany a manager or a team from your company in order to :

  • Gain a global vision of their skills
  • Begin studying the way in which certain behaviour is perceived
  • Identify possible axes of development concerning management skills
  • Build or develop team cohesion

Method

A thorough method modifiable to your specific needs.
An interactive procedure using the creation of working groups composed of operational personnel and the managers concerned, with an RH PARTNERS consultant acting as facilitator.

Steps

  1. Creation of a Confidentiality and Deontology Charter
  2. Development of an explanatory guide to the evaluation
  3. Co-development of the evaluation questionnaire by the manager and/or the team and the RH PARTNERS consultant
  4. Sending of the questionnaire (done by the RH PARTNERS consultant in strict confidentiality)
  5. Analysis of responses (by the RH PARTNERS consultant)
  6. Writing up of a confidential report
  7. Presentation of the action plan to the manager and /or team
  8. Monitoring of the implementation of the action plan
