Headhunter - Objectives

To assist you in your decision to recruit one or several candidates from among a group of ten or so preselected applicants.
You will benefit from our expertise in skills evaluation and post/profile fit validation.

Headhunter - Method

This method will allow you to carry out all the phases of the candidate interviews in a very short space of time (1 to 2 days) :

  • a single presentation of the post followed by a question and answer session
  • immediate self-selection of those candidates who are not interested by the position
  • a succession of short individual interviews focussed on skills and motivations.

In addition, this method enables you to participate directly, with the RH PARTNERS consultant - in those phases of selection that you wish. In this way, you benefit from our expertise in skills evaluation and post/profile fit validation.

Headhunter - Steps

  1. Skills referencing audit and development of an evaluation grid.
  2. Organization of the collective selection.
  3. Presentation of the post and its context to the group of applicants – your presence is highly desired.
  4. Collective professional work session - candidates are monitored and a certain number are chosen to continue the day.
  5. Professional interviews with a consultant.
  6. Personality, aptitude and situational tests.
  7. References check.
  8. Compilation of a report and file for each candidate short-listed.
