Headhunter - Method
This method will allow you to carry out all the phases of the candidate interviews in a very short space of time (1 to 2 days) :
- a single presentation of the post followed by a question and answer session
- immediate self-selection of those candidates who are not interested by the position
- a succession of short individual interviews focussed on skills and motivations.
In addition, this method enables you to participate directly, with the RH PARTNERS consultant - in those phases of selection that you wish. In this way, you benefit from our expertise in skills evaluation and post/profile fit validation.
Headhunter - Steps
- Skills referencing audit and development of an evaluation grid.
- Organization of the collective selection.
- Presentation of the post and its context to the group of applicants – your presence is highly desired.
- Collective professional work session - candidates are monitored and a certain number are chosen to continue the day.
- Professional interviews with a consultant.
- Personality, aptitude and situational tests.
- References check.
- Compilation of a report and file for each candidate short-listed.
