Steps

  1. Personalized service (specific logistics services provided : premises, IT facilities, documentation...)
  2. Career orientation assessment
  3. Definition of professional projects in view of abilities, motivation and the needs of the sector targeted.
  4. Identification of possible training needs and assistance in planning these
  5. Job search strategy action plan
  6. Communication techniques training (CVs, letters, interviews...)
  7. Vacancy round-up and proposition of suitable job offers
  8. Support in carrying out action plan
  9. Reinsertion follow-up : active coaching throughout the trial period
