Steps

- Job audit with the hierarchy
- Precise definition of points to be developed using the Potentials Assessment
- Drawing-up of a detailed action plan describing improvements necessary, the level of acquisition wished and the expected date of assimilation
- Definition of a time-scale from the outset
- Fixing of session contents
