  1. Job audit with the hierarchy
  2. Precise definition of points to be developed using the Potentials Assessment
  3. Drawing-up of a detailed action plan describing improvements necessary, the level of acquisition wished and the expected date of assimilation
  4. Definition of a time-scale from the outset
  5. Fixing of session contents
